1. The use of the Annagora Aquapark (hereinafter: Park) is subject to the observance of the Rules of the House. By purchasing an admission ticket, the Park Guests accept the provisions of the Rules as binding for themselves. Guests who do not accept or violate the rules may be refused service by the Park Management and its staff, and may be removed from the Park’s premises for justifiable reasons.
2. Opening hours of the Park:
The Park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the current opening hours.
At night, according to a special announcement.
3. When purchasing a ticket, guests will be given an entry wristwatch and a receipt, which must be kept until departure. A VAT invoice can be requested at the cash desk. The cash desk closes one hour before the Park closes.
4. Guests can enter the Park and use the services on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of pre-registered groups and disabled persons.
5. You can enter the Park and use its services only with a non-refundable, non-transferable entry wristwatch that is valid on the day of the ticket exchange and entitles you to one-time entry. The wristwatch is only valid for the service for which the ticket was issued.
6. When entering the Park, please exchange the appropriate ticket at the ticket office, present the other document entitling you to entry (student ID card, residential address card, etc.), receive the entrance wristwatch from the cashier and wear it until you leave.
7. The wristwatch is coded for one-time entry, it is mandatory to wear it on the arm while staying in the Park area. The absence of a wristwatch confirming the right to stay in the Park will result in removal from the Park.
8. In case of loss, damage, etc. of the wristwatch received upon entry, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage. The amount of compensation is HUF 3,000 per watch.
9. We turn off the slides and other water facilities a quarter of an hour before closing time. After closing time, we ask our guests to leave the Park area as soon as possible.
10. The Operator is only responsible for the items placed in the safe deposit box, not for damages resulting from the disappearance of items left in the Park area and placed in the lockers. The safe deposit boxes can be used free of charge up to the number of available boxes. In case of loss of the key of the safe, HUF 1,500 compensation is payable.
11. Everyone can use the Park and its services only at their own risk. The individual slides may only be used according to the instructions of the pictograms (drawings) placed there. In case of difficulty in interpreting the markings, information must be requested from the slide supervisor. We draw the attention of our guests to use the facilities with special caution. The Operator assumes no responsibility for swimwear damaged while using the slides and experience elements.
12. The public address system installed in the Park serves the purpose of announcements, advertisements, messages, calls of public interest, and information. Loud announcements can be used for spa guests according to the information posted at the information desk.
13. The operating hours may be changed by the Operator in justified cases. During extraordinary meteorological conditions (lightning, rain, windstorm, etc.), the operator can temporarily suspend the use of the slides and pools for safety reasons. The change must be announced by means of a notice posted at the cash desk or on a loudspeaker. Due to the restrictions introduced due to the extreme weather, the Operator does not owe guests compensation.
14. In justified cases (technical reasons, event, etc.), the Operator has the right to close the Park completely or partially, due to which the guests are not entitled to submit compensation or other claims against the Operator.
15. In the event of a service reduction resulting from a technical error, the Operator reserves the right to decide within its own authority whether to apply a fee change.
16. Please take care of the equipment and rental items of the Park. Borrowed equipment must be returned on time and in an undamaged condition. The Operator may demand compensation for the damage or initiate a compensation procedure against anyone who causes damage intentionally or through careless behavior.
17. A camera surveillance system operates in the Park area. The Operator stores the recordings in accordance with the legal regulations, and if the recordings are not used, in that case the recordings are permanently deleted (also in accordance with the laws). Recordings may only be issued to the authorized authority.
18. All guests may use the Park’s services and saunas only at their own risk. Only guests who can swim are entitled to use the pools, if the water depth of the pool justifies this. This also applies to pools hosting slides, whose water depth the guest must check on the information boards posted next to the slides before starting to slide.
19. Persons suffering from a fever, infection or skin disease, with damaged open wound surfaces, persons under the influence of drugs or intoxicating substances may not enter or stay in the Park area. The staff of the Park may refuse service to such persons.
20. Visually impaired or hearing-impaired guests may only use the slides under permanent supervision. People with prostheses, neck and spine injuries cannot use the slides.
21. Children under the age of 14 may only stay in the Park area with continuous parental supervision or an adult (person over 18 years of age) accompanying them, and they may use the Park’s facilities, especially the pools and slides, under the responsibility of the parent or the adult accompanying them.
22. Leaders of children’s groups are responsible for the safety of life, accidents and property of the group, and for observing and enforcing the provisions of the House Rules.
23. For the safety supervision of the pools, the cleanliness of the water in the pools, the pool area, keeping the rescue equipment ready, the installation of the rescue chests, the challenge of the doctor/rescue officer to those rescued from the water (even if the rescue apparently went smoothly and the rescued person feels good ) the pool master/swimming master is responsible.
24. In the Park, you must not play games or behave in a way that endangers your own health or that of others, disturbs the peace of bathers and guests who want to relax.
25. In the area of the Park, you must use the constructed tracks and stairs. When moving around, be extra careful to avoid injuries (e.g. slipping, tripping, bumping, etc.). It is forbidden to lean over the protective barrier, climb over it, enter areas closed to guests, use closed equipment and tracks.
26. Our guests can freely use the park area for resting and sunbathing.
27. The Park’s facilities may be used – in accordance with their intended purpose – in a state of health that does not endanger health and is necessary for safe use.
28. Water slides and water equipments can only be used on the designated slides. Apart from the Park’s own sliding tires, external equipment cannot be used on the slides.
29. Adults may not use the children’s pools without children.
30. The requests and instructions of the swimming masters, slide supervisors, security guards, and Park employees must be followed in all cases.
31. You must not eat in the pools, use cleaning chemicals, pollute the water in any way, use the pools and slides with sandy or oily bodies. Before using the pool and slide, the use of the shower and foot wash is mandatory for everyone.
32. You must not jump into the pools!
33. It is forbidden to enter the water with a heated body!
34. It is forbidden to: consume drugs, litter, set fires, bring in vehicles, animals, objects that cause accidents, use firecrackers or other devices that cause alarm, and behave in a manner that violates public order and morals.
35. If the guest intentionally or carelessly pollutes the water of the pool and therefore the pool must be closed, or its water must be drained or the pool must be disinfected, etc., then the cost thereof and, in addition, the loss of income resulting from the loss of use of the pool, or other facilities, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.
36. A first aid service operates in the Park area during operating hours. All injuries and illnesses must be reported immediately to the nearest staff member of the Park.
37. Detailed diary entries are made about any special cases that occur within the park area. The occurrence of the supply – or comments deemed justified by the parties – the injured person or his/her companion, or the provider certifies with his signature.
38. Smoking is only allowed outside, in the park area. Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the buildings, within a 5-meter radius of the entrances, and within a 10-meter radius of the children’s pools. It is strictly forbidden to throw burning cigarette butts in the trash or elsewhere. Please use the designated holders for this purpose.
39. We ask that you throw garbage and waste in the designated waste bin.
40. Those performing responsible service activities in the Park area (director and his deputies, pool master, security service) are considered to be official persons and, as such, are entitled to the protection applicable to official persons.
41. The guest has the right to comment orally or in writing on the manner of the service, its quality or the behavior of the service provider. The Cook of Complaints is available to guests at the cash desk. The Operator is obliged to investigate complaints, comments and suggestions in accordance with the relevant rules, and to act accordingly. The Operator must respond to the complaint in letter if the complaint is accompanied with a physical address.
42. By purchasing the entrance ticket and entering the Annagora Aquapark area, the guest consents to the operator taking or having photos, recordings, and motion pictures taken in the Park for advertising and promotional purposes, and may use them freely. The guest may not make any claims to the Operator or anyone else in relation to the completed advertising material.
43. The Operator is not obliged to take into account complaints and possible claims for damages resulting from non-compliance with the House Rules.
