Do you accept SZÉP card for tickets?
Yes, you can use it to purchase ticket according to the following: all the three pockets of OTP SZÉP card or K&H SZÉP card, recreation pocket of MKB SZÉP card.
You also can use it in our bars and restaurant, for detailed information please, ask the staff directly.
Is there a half-day ticket?
No, you neither can buy 3 hours nor half-day ticket. If you are planning to visit us on afternoon, we recommend buying our afternoon ticket that can be used until 4 pm.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, choose our student ticket if you are 10-18 years old.
What age is required to enjoy the services without adult supervision?
Children under 14-years only can be in our aquapark with parental or adult supervision. You also will need to sign a parental consent to make the children allowed to use our waterslides and pools.
Is there a smoking area in Annagora?
In our building and near the children’s pool smoking is prohibited. Thank you for complying the rules!
Otherwise smoking is permitted in our outside areas, but we kindly ask you to pay attention to non-smokers and children. Please leave the area just the way you have found it.
When are the Night Beach Parties?
The exact date of night beach parties depends on the weather, but typically they are in July and August. We always post the date on our Facebook page, so it’s worth following us.
You will need a special Night Party ticket, but if you are staying in our aquapark during the day, you are free to stay and enjoy the night party with the same ticket.
What to do if I left something in the aquapark?
We are doing our best that every lost value can find home, therefore we have a lost and found box. Contact us and we will look after it!
When is your indoor department open?
The opening hours are the same as Annagora’s, therefore it’s a great alternative to enjoy our services on the rainy or windy days. On the other hand our indoor department is also closed between September and June. Due to the pandemic situation caused by coronavirus we may restrict access to indoor services. Please follow the information boards which are posted around the area.
Is it possible to buy ticket online?
Yes, you can purchase your ticket on our website in advance. It’s advantageous for you as they can be validated in a separate line at the entrance. They are the perfect gift for your loves ones, too!
Where is worth staying near Annagora?
Our aquapark doesn’t offer accomodation but you will surely find one which is best suited for you in Balatonfüred. Just check the major booking websites and you will find plenty.
Can I bring my pet to the aquaprak?
We love animals, but sadly pets are not allowed in the aquapark due to hygienic reasons.
